Modest Mouse
The Moon and Antarctica
(Epic, 2000)

I can’t believe that Modest Mouse used to be this good. In fact, they used to be even better, but The Moon and Antarctica was the last really great album from the band in this decade. However, to be fair, Good News For People Who Love Bad News really wasn’t that bad. Still, you know an album is really really good when every song contains a million memories, because only a really really good album can be replayable enough to mark them all. You know what I’m saying? The Moon and Antarctica is one of those.

I'm glad to see this made your list! This album is incredible! I haven't really listened to their last 2 albums, but love pretty much everything before that. They released some really great EPs too.
